CIMŌRAE NORDLYSKAVIAR is completely without additives. There are three different flavours in our assortment: ORIGINAL, MILD and ROSÉ.
If you want a sharply, distinctly taste of the ocean, raw and natural, the choice should be ORIGINAL. If you’d like a slightly milder taste, try Mild, which gives a balanced taste experience with both salt and sweetness. The last flavour, ROSÉ, is even more sweet and richer in colour.
All three varieties can be enjoyed as they are, or together with other food with a lighter taste.

CIMŌRAE NORDLYSKAVIAR ORIGINAL has a sharply, distinctly taste of the sea, raw and natural, and is without additives other than salt.
CIMŌRAE NORDLYSKAVIAR MILD
CIMŌRAE NORDLYSKAVIAR MILD has a light taste of the ocean and some sweetness from sugar. No other additives, just sugar and salt.
CIMŌRAE NORDLYSKAVIAR ROSÈ
CIMŌRAE NORDLYSKAVIAR ROSÈ is dominated by a fresh taste of sweetness. The reason for this is that ROSÉ has more sugar then the other flavours. This gives ROSÉ a stronger colour and naturally a sweeter taste. No other additives, just sugar and salt.
